After diagnose the building, with history investigation, level measurements, and several studies we conclude that the most important reasons of deterioration were water filtration and humidity, and that the real patrimonial price of the building was in the art works inside the architectural box.The intention of returning the original conditions to the building was the answer to the problem detected. The resault was the demolition of the added constructions that deform its original volumetry and the generation of a courtyard over Tucumán street, to increase illumination and ventilation of the building. Morover, we proposed an integral treatment of the enfoldment, changing the deteriorated roof with a new cooper cover .Team: A. J. Maletti, F. Zanel, L. Maletti, W. Robaina.
