The main objective was to remodel and expand the existing building to adapt it to the new educational requirements as well as to the current security regulations.

The educational levels, Kindergarten, Junior School and High School, were located in ground, 1st and 2nd floor respectively. The 3rd one was expanded to locate special classrooms and language classes. The expansion was materialised by the use of a sheet of concrete which floats upon the building with a parasol shape. It generates a rithmic dialog with the existing facades.
