Proposal of 12 neuropsychiatric centres for de City of Buenos Aires , divided into a Center for Evaluation and Referral, Center for Adults and Day Hospitals. The construction of these centres is part of a plan to improve the mental health service that seeks to replace the precarious Hospitals Borda and Moyano.
