Adaptation of a "Petit Hotel" located in the heart of Barrio Norte. The project focuses on three major operations of subtraction to link spatially the entrance hall with the rest of the spaces. Two walls were removed from the main plan and a complete first floor slab, making a vertical space that dominates the site. The staircase, which was a secondary place, achieves integration into this new space to improve views and lighting at all times. In this way managed to turn a residential house in a new commercial space wich is "Casa Raphia": a great creative space dedicated to women, formed by professionals of fashion, stylists, makeup and catering.
