One of the main problems of the terminal is the current arrangement of departures and arrivals, which located at the same level, generate lack of control and safety for passengers. For this reason, the project proposes to have bus and passenger flows independently, in order to optimize the terminal's operations. The landing docks are resolved at the +1.00 level, leaving all existing dock at the +4.74 level for departures. Passengers arriving are driven through two traffic locks at the +4.74 level, thus concentrating the entire flow of passengers at the same level.
